Our methodology

Technical analysis and framing
We review your site constraints and regulatory requirements, gather the necessary technical documents and requirements, and liaise with your teams or design offices where needed.

Custom design
We work with specialist design offices on structures, equipment, and accessories, with BIM resources available for a wide range of aluminium products. This supports 2D/3D design, simulations, technical validation, and the selection of components best suited to real site conditions.

Choice of materials and finishes
We use durable finishes including galvanised steel, stainless steel, anodised aluminium, and high-durability paints, with treatments matched to ISO 12944 corrosivity classes and full material certification and traceability.

Manufacturing and control
Manufacturing is carried out by trusted partners chosen for their quality and responsiveness, with production monitoring, interim quality checks, and close control of tolerances, timelines, and specifications.

Assembly and testing
Assembly and installation are carried out on site by our authorised partners, with FAT and commissioning tests completed where required to verify performance before handover.

Quality and document management
We provide a complete technical and regulatory file, including plans, instructions, certificates, and test reports, with dedicated document control and support through to final handover.
