The 360° rotating head allows the PortX Pole Hoist to be positioned off-centre from the entry point, providing greater flexibility in challenging environments.

Confined space access points are rarely located in ideal positions. Obstructions, limited working areas, and restricted access can make it difficult to position equipment directly above the entry point.
That’s why the PortX Pole Hoist features a 360° rotating head, giving operators the flexibility to position the hoist off-centre from the access point while still maintaining safe and efficient operation.
Combined with the unit’s adjustable configuration options, the rotating head enables a wide range of setup possibilities, allowing the system to adapt to the demands of the environment rather than forcing the environment to suit the equipment. This flexibility helps operators overcome site constraints, improve positioning, and maintain productivity in even the most challenging applications.

The PortX Pole Hoist has been designed to adapt to the demands of a wide range of confined space and access applications. To ensure the system can be configured for different site conditions, it is available in two versions, offering a maximum outreach of 2.1m or 3 metres.
Both models feature vertical adjustment ranging from 1m to 1.4m, allowing operators to optimise the height and positioning of the system for the task at hand. In addition, the cheek plate incorporates three adjustment positions that can be quickly configured using a single pin, enabling fast and simple setup changes on site.
This combination of reach, height adjustment, and quick configuration allows the PortX Pole Hoist to adapt to challenging environments, helping operators achieve safe and efficient access in a wider range of applications.
